Payment Plans and Membership: Clients who have booked a payment plan will receive access to exclusive files, documents, worksheets, offers, workshops, and events. All information provided in this context is the property of Ataris Art Australia and may not be reproduced without explicit permission.
Ownership of Information: Clients can print and save any information shared with them but may not reproduce it without permission.
Mentoring Session Notes: Notes taken during mentor sessions, including feedback, homework, or guidance, will be distributed to the client for their records.

Ataris Art Australia - Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services: Ataris Art Australia offers custom mentor sessions specialising in deep shadow, self-help work, and creative workshops. Please note that our mentors are not licensed therapists or counsellors.
Pricing and Payment: All pricing plans for our services are non-refundable. Payment plans are available upon request and can be arranged by contacting us at alecia@atarisart.com.au.
Booking and Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for booking cancellations. Provide adequate notice to avoid a forfeiture of the session without a refund.
Refunds and Workshop Cancellations: If Ataris Art Australia needs to cancel a workshop, clients will be entitled to a full refund or the option to rebook for another workshop.
Mentor Sessions Format: Mentor sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Clients must have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in these sessions.
Client Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to actively engage in the mentor sessions and workshops, be punctual, and adhere to any guidelines provided by Ataris Art Australia.
Confidentiality: Ataris Art Australia respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. Information shared during mentor sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law.
